Co-Comp Ltd aim to operate fairly and as such offer refunds in accordance with our cancellation policy, relevant law and guidlines.
As the consumer, you may have to pay for the return postage of any items that have been agreed as refundable.
You agree that any services which involve registering items in your name, eg. domain names, will revert to the property of Co-Comp Ltd upon refund and all relevant documentation will be signed over to us, including any registration documents when received, no matter how long after the refund has taken place.
If you have any cause for complaint, please email us in the first instance.

Delivery:
Co-Comp Ltd endeavour to deliver goods within 30 days, unless you agree otherwise. If we are unable to deliver the goods within this time, we will inform you immediately and agree another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time, a refund may be offered.

In accordance with EU guidlines, cancellations will be honoured for 7 days.
For internet services the 7 days starts the day the service was agreed.
For goods, this starts the 7 days start the day the goods were received.
Co-Comp Ltd will endeavour to return monies paid within 30 days.
The purchaser will be required to pay any postage for returned goods.
